A whole liter of vibrant, golden-peachy-hued vino from the shores of Trapani – it's the color of a seaside Sicilian sunset. Unfiltered, unfined, and barely sulphured for maximum honesty. Tenacious & electric push-pull between ripe fruit and more tangy, salt-tinged notes: Rainier cherry, yellow nectarine, and cantaloupe meet citrus zest, bitter almond, and scrubby aromatic herbs. Cardamom and candied ginger. Light-bodied and refreshing with just a hint of tannic bite and a crisp, clean, saline finish. Supremely easy to drink.
