A collaboration with Norwegian importer Non Dos. The vineyards are certified organic but they also utilize biodynamic methods. A Nebbiolo without any oak, long maceration and bottled under crown-cap to seal in the freshness. A true and unique expression of the variety and place. Real minimal intervention winemaking.
Layers on layers. One to ponder on. Lavender, tobacco, dried herbs, black plums on the nose. Followed by fine pour-over coffee, olive tapenade and blackberry. Silky mouth coating tannin for a long finish. Plenty of sediment in this bad-boy as there should be, too. Gently decant off bulk sediment for an hour or so before serving. Or not, no biggie.
